DFL Kenya is comprised of well qualified professional staff and technical advisors with a huge range of experience

DFL Director – Ron Weaver is a certified water well driller, retired in good standing from the U.S. National Ground Water Association. Formally a partner in Sensenig & Weaver Well Drilling and comes with over 30 years of experience in the water well business.

The Drilling Crew consists of Robert Ndichu – Field Manager/Lead Driller with over 13yrs experience in the drilling. He is assisted by James Macharia with over 15 years having worked with various drilling firms. Welding Technicians for casings installation are John Mbolu and Joseph Mutua each with at least 10years experience in drilling.

The Test pumping and Pump Installation Crew is headed by Henry Karuita a Kenya Water Institute graduate with a Diploma in Water Engineering and over 5years experience in test pumping, equipping (with solar and mains grid) and drilling works. He is assisted by Dennis Kaburu & Josphat Kamulu also a trained Water Technician at KEWI.

The Management team consists of Julia Gathu – Muiruri as Administrative, Finance & Operations Manager with a BSc. in Information Systems and Technology from USIU-A and Postgraduate Studies in Water Management for Development from Loughborough University – UK and over 13yrs experience in the Drilling Industry; Peterson Githenya is a Certified Public Accountant and Benjamin Mwaura is the Tendering & Procurement Officer both with over 5years experience in the Drilling Industry.
