Drilling for Life Team

DFL Kenya is comprised of well qualified professional staff and technical advisors with a huge range of experience

DFL Director – Ron Weaver is a certified water well driller, retired in good standing from the U.S. National Ground Water Association. Formally a partner in Sensenig & Weaver Well Drilling and comes with over 30 years of experience in the water well business.

The Drilling Crew: The drilling teams are led Robert Ndichu – Field manager/Lead driller with over 15yrs experience in drilling and James Macharia also with over 15yrs experience.

STAFF

The Drilling Crew: We have two drilling teams, with each team consisting of five workers, two test pumping crews, and a repair and maintenance team.
